Geocache Description:

Not as great a hide as it once was, and it's now a nano, but at least it's finally wheelchair accessible!

The view

This is in Louisa Boren Overlook park, which is named after one of the original settlers of Seattle. She married David Denny (King County's first marriage). The ceremony was conducted by the county's first Justice of the Peace (David Maynard). Louisa was known as the "Sweet Briar Bride" for her garden (the first in Seattle) - now the site of the Seattle Center.

The Dawghouse

We hid a geocache in this park, long ago. We liked that geocache. We named it "I Can See The Dawghouse From Here!" It got muggled a few times. The tree it was hidden in got blown down in a wind storm. It may have gone missing. Then the trail leading to the geocache was closed, so we couldn't follow up on the DNFs. "I Can See The Dawghouse From Here!" may still be down there.

Have a seat

I can almost see "I Can See The Dawghouse From Here!" from here.

A big congratulations to Shaggy, Scooby, and Velma for being the First To Find!
