You're looking for a cammo'ed 6 oz. Lock 'n' Lock container.
This is a nice spot to stop and take a break. Restrooms are available and there's plenty of parking. Hike down the dike to pick up some of the other local caches (or just to enjoy the scenery).
This can be a very busy place at times, but you shouldn't need too much stealth to grab the cache.
