Looking for a large Ammo Box, Just off hwy 242 just before Joggins heading from River Herbert
Cache is just off of Highway 242 between River Herbert and Joggins. Located to the side of Snowmobile Trail #32 which crosses the highway. You can park off the shoulder of the highway or an old driveway on the River Hebert side of the trail.
Head South down the trail that leads into the Chignecto Game Sanctuary. It’s not a very long walk down this clear and easily walked Trail with nice open wooded area, no boots required unless it is raining. Certain time of year, Fly repellent is a must during the bug season.
This is a great Cache for younger Kids. Large Ammo box with the Normal Log Book, Pen and Trading Items that would be of Interesting to Kids, or maybe even Kids at Heart.
When I placed this Cache, I only had a 7 meter accuracy reading. If someone gets a more accurate reading before I get back to it please let me know and I will revise the coordinance.
