You have very little walking to do.
This place has some folklore behind it. When I was growing up in the 60's and 70's there was a story circulating about a young women who lost her baby "kid" in the Sanpitch river while living near the old mill. Apparently the baby wondered off and fell in the river when it was running high. Local farmers claim to be working late cutting hay and have seen a women dressed in black walking along the bank. They claim they have tried to talk to her but she will not and sometimes disappears quickly.
As kids we would go down at night and get spooked when the sun went down. Do this one at evening and leave something according to the theme. Have fun and look out for the lady in black.
