The Beast refers to the journey as well as the destination. When attacking the beast it may prove good to plan on some diversions- one way to go there is a creek crossing, but there are ways to avoid it. It's on high ground, but after a heavy rain you might encounter mud. It's named the Beast for a reason. Happy hunting!
