Down the Pentre Traditional Cache
Southerntrekker: This cache has been in need of care and maintenance for some time and as the owner has not responded to recent logs I am archiving it.
The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center.

A nice easy drive-by just outside the village of Cilcain.
This cache is in an area known locally as “Down the Pentre” . When I was a kid we used to sledge from the top of hill near the village and compete to see how far up the hill on other side we could get. I remember it hurt.
The cache is a click lock box in a camouflage bag which contains reflector key ring, a soft toy, punch balloon football key ring, a puzzle and a popping pen. It should be an easy find, but may hurt a little to get it out!
Please park considerately, do not park in front or opposite people’s houses. Whilst this is a quiet lane it does have regular traffic so please take care of geodogs and kids. At harvest time tractors pass every 10 minutes so extra care is needed then.
