The tundrabums have issued the following challenge: Establish a series of caches along South Shore Boulevard that the whole family can enjoy. FTF will be rewarded with a 2007 Alaska "Where You Are The Cache" pin with the Alaska state bird pictured on it. And no, freezing DOES NOT kill mosquitoes!
With the sidewalks and flat, easy terrain, the tundrabums would like to see a Caching Trail established along South Shore Boulevard. Loosely patterned after PARKERPLUS' Red Bluff Trail Series, we hope to see easy, walker/biker friendly caches. While terrain will not be a problem; the trail will be overrun with muggles making hides a challenge, and quick snatch-n-grab caches necessary. Another goal of the trail will be a way to meet and greet fellow cachers along your quest. Please remember, this will be an urban caching trail, without the outdoorsy challenges found in plenty of caches in the area. UPDATE: The log is printed on waterproof paper. Please bring your own pen with you.
