This is a unique cache on a great walk/drive path that you can park within 2 feet. It's on the San Diego River, right be the Sea World exit. As the name implies, you'll need 20 oz. of water to "free" this cache. Good luck cachers!
The lid can be a little tricky, try to make sure it’s not too “pressurized” when you reseal it.
