The Curse of the FTF #23 - Ranidae? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

offline.cacher: The general rule reviewers use to archive a cache is that the cache owner has been notified (through a log entry) by the reviewer and that no response has been forthcoming. This is the case with this cache. As a result it has been archived.
If the owner would like to discuss this issue, please contact me through my geocaching.com profile. Include the GC code for the cache.

Thanks

Geocache Description:

Is he real? Or is he Cursed???
A short walk on a paved path in Leeland Station. Please Park on Wister Dr. N38 20.470 W077 26.594. You will find the paved trailhead at the end of the culdesac.
CONGRATULATIONS to TEAM TANGO for the cursed FTF!

All of you who are familiar with this series will see that the wording has been changed to comply with Groundspeaks new cache guidelines.

Original contents:
Small swag for trade
Log book, pen & pencil
$10 Bill for FTF Gift

THE CURSE:

This is a cursed cache for all First-To-Finders out there.

If you are the FTF for a cache in this series & you choose to participate in keeping this series going, you are requested to place the next cache in the series (the curse of the FTF #24) within 2 months. Otherwise, the curse will prevent you from ever getting another FTF again. Now, wouldn’t that be troubling?!

DETAILS:

1. It is requested that you only be a FTF for this series once. This spreads the FTF love around and gives others a chance to play along.

2. The cache can be any type of hide - traditional, puzzle, multi, etc.

3. Please include this information (or something similar) in your new listing for the series. Please list all those who have been cursed before you as well.

A NOTE:

This cache idea originated in Fredericksburg VA. Since several other FTF series have popped up in adjoining caching territories, our string needs to stay confined somewhat. It is suggested, but not a requirement, that any caches in our group series stay within a 25-mile radius of Fredericksburg.
