Postman Patsy - The Lost Post Mystery Cache

His 'n' Hers: This puzzle has lasted 11years, far longer than we ever expected. With four tbs being the key to solve it we were sure they would keep going missing and they did but with one spare available for each one that was going to be the limit. There are now three of the four tbs missing in action so it's time to finally call it a day.
Our thanks to zoolok for retrieving the cache container to save us the trouble and well done to them on reaching their 900th milestone.

Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the above co-ordinates which is Wyke Post Office but can be located at: N 53, A.B W 001 (C-1).D

During her tour of duty Postman Patsy has to not only deliver the mail but collect it from post boxes around her rural area.

This morning she opened one such box and, in a howling gale, saw lots of the mail blowing away.

Frantically she rescued her post but it seems she lost four letters.

Finding those four letters will lead you to the cache.
