Terrain around the cache is a bit rocky, so please watch your step. Might be difficult for the inexperienced to find, but I'm sure some will find it a quick grab and go. There is still some room inside for a few more trade items.
Property owners spend a lot of time outside and like to chat, but don't worry about them. They helped me hide the cache.
