The cache is hidden near the intersection of Milk Ranch Road and the Azalea Spring Fire Rd. The Milk Ranch Road leads to a private ranch, but goes through the Cuyamaca State Park property. This route is a popular bike, horseback riding and hiking trail. I rated this cache a 2 for difficulty due to several miles of uphill hiking. Don't forget to bring your water when making this hike. Have fun and enjoy the scenery. Parking is available at the Trout Pond parking area just south of Lake Cuyamaca.
