Excellent View of City Fireworks After Dark

We are placing a large metal footlocker with multiple cache items on the property. We are hoping that through talking with more experienced geocachers we find a permanent home for this cache so it can be kept intact. We expect a lot of outside interest and would like to have some more knowledgeable geocachers at the event to help explain how it works! All Welcome.
