San Francisco Tren Urbano station is across the street from the Fondo del Seguro del Estado building and near Veterans Hospital. Is an elevated station terminal. Location is Rio Piedras.
Another Urban Cache for fun and easy find.

PD I always place caches in safe clean areas ( I am not responsible for any trash after the cache is activated. Some ugly citizen do not care about the environment). It is a good practice to do some CITO while caching.
