This is the easy one. Placed along with Richards Challenge.
An easy walk. Park at the west bound brake check area. There are trees and boulders, but most kids and dogs should handle it easy.
Google "HOGG ROCK RAILROAD" before going to see what's here.
Watch for blood suckers early.
Snow area, so no winter access.
Now see if you are brave enough to do the challenge! Just west of here.Its an awsom view, and a marvelous piece of work.
