Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small ammo box. Be careful of snakes in tall grass. Mosquito repellent may come in handy. Wide shoulder to pull off on west of bridge.

Just south of Dodson, Montana on an old fright wagon and stage road is the Stage Road Inn. The house was built for Great Northern Railroad President and founder James Hill. Homes were built along the rail route for Mr. Hill at various locations. His family lived in the homes while the grade and rails were put in along the way. It was made of rough cut lumber and square nails. Originally built in Savoy, Montana about twenty miles to the Northwest of Dodson. In the mid nineteen-thirties it was moved to the present location.
