Geocache Description:

Coordinates for the parking lot are: N 35 44.426 and W 081 43.087. Take the trail that goes by the dedication plaque for the park. Located in the beautiful Catawba River Greenway, the cache is not too far off the trail and should not be too difficult to find. Watch out for poisonous plants that might be nearby.

This is my first cache placement, I am very excited! The cache container is a plastic mayonnaise jar with a screw on lid covered in camo tape. It is stocked with the usual items including some hand made hemp jewelry that I made myself. The greenway has a lazy rolling river and beautiful plant life and wildlife. There are picnic areas and river access areas so bring lunch and spend the day. There are muggles in the area especially on weekends so use stealth when you are getting close.
