This two-part multicache utilizes the oft-forgotten graveled side of the Erie Canal in Brighton. The distance from WP1 to the final is just under 0.9 miles.
I placed the first WP near a grassy spot where I like to lay back and relax after a long bike ride. It is between sections of 390 and the effect of being surrounded by the sounds of the traffic is soothing to me, as crazy as that sounds!
I placed the second WP in a hidden hideaway that I discovered a few weeks ago. I have been biking on this path for more than 10 years, and I never even noticed this gem of a hideaway! I thought a geocache would be the best way to share my discovery with others.
The cache is a small Lock-and-Lock container (please be sure the container completely seals before re-hiding it!). Inside is room for a log and some small prizes. Congrats to the Mack4 for the FTF!
