Calling all searching for life on other planets. Be sure to wear your good shoes and camera (for photoshoot with Bob) Lots of parking on the road.
Back in the 1950's some hikers found a small ship that crashed into one of the cliffs overlooking the city. They ran over to see what had happened. When they arrived they noticed a small green man with a GPS lying within the burning metal. He smiled at them and begged them to follow the rules of the alien service. The hikers names him Bob and they helped Bob make his final arrangements. Bob told them that he had been on an inter-planet Geocache Search to find 1,000 caches on earth before his brother Scully. The nice couple placed him in a tiny coffin and placed him on a spot overlooking the lake.
Many years went by and the couple decided that they should pay honor to Bob the Alien by creating a cache in his honor. When they went back to find him they found out his body was perfect preserved and he was in the same form as when they left him.
Now it is your turn.. to find out if "the truth is out there". Please find Bob the Alien and help him get his 1,000 geocaches with guest visits!!
TAKE YOUR PHOTO WITH HIM and SIGN THE GUEST BOOK. BOB IS IN THE CONTAINER!! Be sure to open the mini coffin to see him. There is a small book for you to sign and a pencil.
But please leave him where you found him. It is bad luck to remove an alien from their burial ground.
