0.5 mile hike over moderately difficult terrain. Some short but steep hills. Cache is off the Main trail in Eagle Mountain Park. A trail map is available in the parking lot. If you are attempting to complete all 8 caches in the series, see this cache's spoiler information for the suggested trail route.
This cache is part of a series of 8 caches based on the Dharma intiative stations from the TV series Lost.
On Lost, The Orchid is a greenhouse with a secret elevator leading to an exotic matter research lab, where experiments with warping time and space are performed. Inside this cache are various gardening seeds, sunblock, a rabbit statue, and an assortment of gaming dice.
For the First to Find there is a Polar Bear Bell.
The cache is an ammo box about 70 feet off of the Main trail. It may be reached on foot. You may want to bring water and be prepared for bugs and brambles.
