Adding some caches to the north end of the Salt Creek Trail
This is a nice peaceful place to take a rest after cycling most
of the Salt Creek Bike Trail heading north. The remainder of the
bike trail to the start of the creek is along busier roads. So stop
if you are making the trek all the way to the beginning of Salt
Creek ~ take a break to enjoy the peaceful creek flowing by
here!
"The Salt Creek Greenway Trail is an approximately 35 mile trail
which starts in Cook County in the north (Busse Woods), passes
through eastern DuPage and curves southeast into Cook County at the
south end (Brookfield). The trail passes through Salt Creek Marsh,
Cricket Creek, Salt Creek Greenway, York Woods, the Fullersburg
Woods, along the golf course in Oak Meadows, and through forest
preserves in Cook County." (information from DuPage

This is going to be an awesome trail when finished. There are
not many bike trails in the area which have a north/south
orientation!
