Geocache Description:

******CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT LISTED COORDINATES********

I like numbers, well number of caches I can collect in one day, or breaking monthly personal records! But those caches all fade into the background after awhile. An LPC adds to the bottom line, but what does it really do for my caching soul, not much.

No, the caches I remember most are the caches that required me to push my limits, to go out and hike or bike or climb. Those are the caches that I remember and they are the ones my daughter Chocolate Moose remembers as well. The spectacular views, the pristine lakes, gorges, rivers, unique rock formations, wildflowers…, you know what I am talking about. So in that regard the 15.10.1 challenge was created.

The rules are as follows:

1. You must find and sign 15 caches,
2. The cache can have no more than 10 finds in its first year of existence
3. YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE FIRST 10 FINDERS IN ITS EXISTENCE
4.No cache finds older than June 1, 2008 will be accepted
5. The cache must have been active for at least one year before being archived
6. You must take a picture of the view or yourself at the cache location and post it to the cache owner’s cache page. If your find was before this challenge was posted, this rule will be exempt.
7. The caches must be traditional, no virtual, puzzle or earth caches may be included. No events or CITO. No arm chair warriors!
8. You must bookmark your list of finds and place the date of find and your find placement (first, second, etc) in the comments
9. The caches may not be your own
10. All signatures that do not have verifiable bookmarks will be deleted.

For example, look at the following caches:

GCX2QC – Was placed on July 10, 2006 – Only 5 finds

GCZ0GY – Was placed on October 26, 2006 – When we found it we were number 7. Now there are 13, but we were under the 10 by the time it hit its one year anniversary, so it counts as a find for the challenge.

GCY57J – Was placed September 9, 2006 – Only 9 finds

GC1E51F – Was placed July 18, 2008 – Only 2 finds

GC1FHNK – Was placed August 23, 2008 – Only 2 finds

That is your challenge! Now go out and discover what geocaching is all about! Okay, yes numbers, but beauty, and quiet and time to de-stress and break away from the day to day grind. A moment in time captured in memory or photograph. Happy hunting.
