Geocache Description:

Located in Summit County, Springfield Twp, Ohio. In a new beautiful park in the southern part of the county.

This is a new Community Park built by the City of Akron as a joint venture with Springfield Township. There are many sports fields and a picnic area for gatherings. The first year it looked like they were never going to leave it unlocked. Finally, it is open during daylight hours. Enjoy the area.

THE CACHE IS NOT IN THE BUSHES, Please be respectful of the vegetation.

Good safe parking off highway.
If you find the cache, please put it back exactly where you found it.
Have fun and as always beware of snooping eyes.
It’s ALWAYS a good idea to have a writing instrument with you.
Gloves, long sleeved shirts and extraction tools are helpful on some caches.
LITTER BUGS are everywhere, please haul their trash away (CITO)!! Thanks!!
