Another in Mole's Series of Series
Inspired by the Motorway Mayhem series, A-Road Anarchy caches are meant to be nice easy stops to break up a journey, and maybe a chance to show off some local features that are normally hidden close to those busy A-Roads.
This one breaks up a journey as you travel down the A21 – The London to Hastings road – there is quite a large layby on the stretch of A21 between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge – There is a picnic area at this location which can accessed from the layby this is locally known as Barnets Wood, though not to be confused with another area very nearby (Southborough) of the same name which is in fact a Local Nature Reserve.
This cache can only be found if you are travelling south – do not attempt to find this if going north. The picnic area is closed to vehicular access after 4pm though can be accessed on foot after this if you park at the given parking co-ordinates
