Hidden in the woods near Claysburg-Kimmel High School along Beaverdam Creek. Fishermen keep the trail traversable during fishing season, but it can get overgrown at times. Park at lot to the left (north) of Smoker's Express on Oakdale Road in Claysburg, or in the lot near the Claysburg football field on Athletic Road in Claysburg (preferred).
The container includes a log book, pen, pencil, and other miscellaneous items. If entering from Oakdale Ave, look for the trail heading into the woods through the tall grass right after the turn off old 220. If entering from the ball field (preferred starting point), look for the trail behind the old semi-trailers between the football field and practice softball fields. The cache is on the East side of the trail. The creek will be on the West side. The container is a clear plastic tub with a red screw-on top. It should be mostly hidden with sticks, leaves, and of course, pine cones!
