Started looking for a place to have a picnic along the south end
of I380, overshot and ended up at Marr Park, Ainsworth (about a
half hour drive down 218 from IC)
Washington County Conservation's website
"Marr Park offers a wide variety of opportunities. Children can run
off energy on the playgrounds, playing fields, or hiking trails.
The modern campground features 26 sites with full hook-ups and a
nearby shower house."
Details are not all worked out yet, but here's the plan so far:
Marr Park, #2 pavillion, Sunday 26th, noon to 2?
To reach pavillion #2, when you enter the park keep to the right.
It will be the second building on your right side. It is an 'open'
pavillion, with a number 2 stenciled on one of the beams. It has a
about 8 picnic tables, a large grill, and is next to some
playground equipement. (The #1 pavaillion, an enclosed white
building is on the far side of the playground equipment.)
12:00 light the grills (or a little sooner if possiable),
Tentitive plan:
12:30 Start eating
1:15ish Group picture, followed by prize drawing (must be present
to win!)
Burgers and buns will be provided, please bring your own drinks,
and a dish to share. Since the meal will be part potluck we would
appreciate the following items

There will be a drawing for the following prizes:
