This is an easy cache accessible from a commercial/residential street, though you may need long arms.
Our intrepid tobacco-smoking explorer seems to have washed up near the shore of Monterey Bay. He's in Pacific Grove, perhaps guided here by the lighthouse.
Our Victorian explorer was a fan of Cyrano. In fact, there's a Cyrano de __ reference nearby, where a traveler might rest weary feet. If only there was a lamp to light the way. Or even two. The Prince might even Corner the market on tobacco.
NOTE: The cache is accessible without venturing onto private property, though you may need a long reach. The homeowners are cachers, so give a wave as you go!
