Geocache Description:

Project Lazarus is a project Im starting to bring back dead (archived) geocaches in the area. These are from before I started geocaching so forgive me if I dont get them 100%, but I did my best to recreate them.

Draw me a number is the third geocache in Project Lazarus with more coming. The first and second Project Lazarus caches were both rejected for various reasons.

From the original:

"A simple task to complete before finding a small container hidden within one of Longview’s many parks. Cache is not at the coordinates but you will need to start at the spot in order to figure out where the cache is. The coordinates for the cache are:

N 46º 07.ABB
W 122º 57.CCD

A=X+5
B=X+3
C=X
D=X+2

(all numbers are single digits, if you get a double digit number then remove the 1 and use the second digit)

The only thing you need to figure out is what X equals. To do this go to the coordinates listed for this cache and follow the directions below. They will take you on a route that resembles a number. When done you can look at the tracks screen on your GPSr and see the number that you walked or you can draw your path on some paper or just envision it in your head. Should be pretty simple.

1) From the coordinates listed for this cache face down trail towards swingset. Walk along trail until you come to a No Parking sign on your left.
2) Walk to the bush that is between two trees. One of the trees is coniferous the other is deciduous.
3) Face the smokestacks in the distance (or a blue building, not house, if you can’t see the smokestacks). Walk towards the smokestacks until you come to a lamppost.
4) Walk towards the easternmost picnic table
5) Walk to the fence, the shortest route to the fence
6) Walk to the park sign

If you walked the above route X should now be the number that is now displayed on your tracks map

Plug in the coordinates for the cache and find the nearby cache.

Good luck."

PLEASE use common geosense and if there are alot of people hanging out at the final cache maybe wait until there are less. Thanks!

Great job W1370 on being FTF!
