Cache is located on public land by a waterfall near Brown Lakes. Cache is near/on trail beside the waterfall depending on your path. If you vary 15 feet from the stream in either direction you went too far. Elevation is 9960'. Summer and early fall access only. Access will be difficult with snow on the ground.

The cache is a 3" PVC pipe about 12" long and is painted dark green. One end has a screw-in plug. Please leave the plug end downhill to aid in waterproofing. The cache contains a log and several small items. The cache is well hidden because it is right on the trail. Stay on the existing trails. You don't need to wander too far away.
