The coordinates will take you to the headstone of John & Anna Fuhriman. John Fuhriman was according to Dreams of Beaver Creek, Perkins' own unofficial lawyer, dealer in patent medicines, and prominent land owner. He was the proprietor of Fuhriman's Grocery Store and Perkins first Postmaster. The store was located where the Perkins General Store (gas station & convenience store) now sits. By the way, the path to the final will take you north of another former owner of that property, Bea Branstrom (although she's not there yet!)
To find the final coordinates, you will need to do a little math. The degrees and minutes will stay the same. Only the last three digits of each coordinate will change.
To get the north coordinates, take the difference in age between John & Anna (i.e. the number of years that John was older than Anna), multiply by two then subtract one. Add this number to the existing final three digits.
To get the west coordinates, add two to the last two digits of John's year of death then subtract this number from the existing last three digits.
