Not quite a park and grab, not exactly a hike. Take a walk on your lunch break and log a cache!
Cache is a clear, tupperware container placed ~100 ft from a junction point of the CRC walking trail. The trail itself is hardpan, and some parts aren't all that well maintained. Our 3 and 5 year olds walked the trail with no problem, though we had to carry them across a 2-foot wide stream/gulley. It's original contents include some small toys and a FTF prize: a CITO pathtag.
For parking: There is a small gravel pull off right in front of the trail sign. Otherwise you will have to find a place to park in the nearby parking lot and make the short hike to the trail.
