Come and join us for an end of summer bash!!!!
Wow, can you believe that summer's drawing to a close already? In no time the kids will be back in school and the leaves will start changing.
So, let's celebrate!! Join us at 4PM on Saturday, August 22nd at the Holy Cow Restaurant in beautiful Nashville, Indiana.
The Holy Cow restaurant is owned by Jerry Prairie, brother of Jim Prairie of Prairie Partners, who have been so supportive of caching in Indiana. The restaurant serves just about everything from burgers to fine steaks. I do have a copy of the menu that I can scan and send to anyone who would like to have one in advance. There are also several kids meals on the menu. This is a non smoking restaurant.
There is limited free parking adjacent to the restaurant, or you can park free on the street, or there is also a pay lot nearby.
There are several fine caches in Nashville to grab while you're in town, and Brown County State Park is only a couple of miles away for those that would like to visit Indiana's largest and most popular state park.
We'll have a giveaway or two for the event, and if anyone would like to donate a coin, pathtag, or something else for a raffle, please let DulcimerGuy or MandolinGirl know.
So, pack up the kids, head out to Nashville, and meet us as we send off summer in a big way!!
