Micro in a cemetery just off the main road.
I grew up south of Mountain View, so there was the occasional drive past the location of this cache, the Oakdale Cemetery. While I was in college, I would drive past it on a weekly basis. Most people that live here in Mountain View don't really stop by, but you can tell that it's well kept.
Recently I was in town to visit with family, and I stopped by with my son, youngest daughter, and a nephew, to look at the history here. We left with an appreciation for all the hard work these people must have put in to settle the area a hundred years ago. In fact, my nephew and I recognized quite a few of the names on the markers in this cemetery.
You are looking for a micro container located just inside the fence, but close to the road. The gate is usually closed, but it opens easily so that you can walk in and look around. Coords for the cache were averaged for five minutes.
Take the time to walk up the hill. Read the markers, see the history. Look out at the horizon, and you will get to see the peaceful countryside. Enjoy the cache.
