An easy two-stage multi near downtown Tempe.
Stage One is at a location that is just too cool to go without a cache!
A nice place to stop for a rest, and you can even cool off...as long as you are not wearing diapers! 
Previously a very active area, with lots of people milling around for various reasons.
More recently the hubbub has died down considerably.
There have been two previous caches at this location:
Trix are for kids, (GCA2FB) by WhereRWee?
and (most recently)
Harvey the Pooka, (GCHC7N) by mozartman (This cache owner told me that this was his favorite cache!)
Stage One is 'numbers only', no container to find or open...you should be able to maintain your cover easily.
On the way to Stage Two, be sure to watch carefully what you are walking on. There are some very cool items embedded in the sidewalk along here.
Stage Two is the actual cache. You will need to be aware of your surroundings here, since there is a remote possibility you could be observed. The cache should be fairly obvious (to a Geocacher!), but (due to bad reception) your GPSr will be having trouble (just as mine was when I place the container).
Consider the hint carefully. (Cachers less than forty years old may need to do some internet research to make sense of the hint!)
