木曽地方には中山道が通っており、その宿場町が多くあります。 贄川宿は、木曽に１１ある宿場町のうち、一番北にあります。
キャッシュポイントの関所橋は、国道１９号からＪＲ中央線を跨いで贄川関所跡や贄川宿へ行く橋です。
明治期の鉄道敷設当時のままのレンガ造りのアーチ橋が残っていて、かつての国道はこの橋を渡って贄川宿の町並みに入っていました。 現在は歩道となっています。
