Geocache Description:

Mandawe Cross is a cache for the 4 X 4 enthusiasts, as the road is not suitable for a normal car, unless it is a rental.

Mandawe Cross stands high above the Nkwaleni Valley and it is actually a church built by the Roman Catholic Church to commerate the effort of the early missionaries in Zululand. The church is built in the shape of an inverted milking pail.
