You are searching for a 35mm film can wrapped with duct tape. The cache is on Fairfield St. (Rt. 23) in Oakland.
Red Brook originates on the other side of the Ten Lots Road and drains into Messalonskee Stream above the Rice Rips Dam. If you are driving between the two parking areas for the Oakland portion of the Kennebec-Messalonskee trail you will pass this cache.
