This pioneer cemetery dates back to 1828. The land was donated
by Mr. McCormick who is rumored to be the first person buried here.
The cemetery was renovated by the Eramosa Council in 1969.
While most of the stones have been moved to the display in the
center there are still pieces scattered around. One such piece is
visible near the cache location.
There is room in the cache for geocoins and small travel
bugs.
