Adobe Arts Center Park Traditional Cache
Redwdhiker: It has come to my attention that the building 15' from the cache is a YMCA daycare center. I'm archiving this cache as I can see potiential problems here. I may place another cache elsewhere in the park.

A micro in the new Adobe Arts Center Park
This new park is one of the few HARD parks without a cache so for my first cache here is another micro.
This park is next to Castro Valley Elementary School where my father attended. I also went there as did my daughter and my grandson. At one time the park was part of the school. I fact I attended Kindergarten in what is now the Adobe Arts Center.
This is a microcache, now consisting of a match container. There is a skate park near the cache and a firestation across the street so some stealth is required. Park in the white zone except Mon-Fri 8-5 ob schooldays when you will have to park else where. There is a lot on the south side of the park. Original contents include a geocache note, log, and a $2 Canadian coin for the First to Find (a prize, no need to trade). Bring your own pen.
It is NOT in a sprinkler head.
There is a "retrevial device" attached. PLEASE make sure it is reachable when replacing the container.
