A cache located on a peaceful, little country road in Lyon County, Kansas.
This is a place where my brothers and I would ride our bikes to from our farmhouse, and sometimes spend the entire day there. There was a creek we could splash around in, forests we could bushwack through, mountains we could climb (hint, hint, subtle hint), just about any terrain a kid could possibly want.
Although I don't remember it as a kid, there are now signs that warn of a flood area. SOOOO........ I guess if it has been raining heavily recently, this area may be inaccessible.
The cache you seek is a small camoflauged lock & lock container. Sorry, I forgot to include an FTF prize. Take the bottle cap, if you like.
Original contents include a stash note, logbook, pencil, and sharpener.
Swag consists of some plastic farm critters, rubber snake, super ball, whistle, star erasers, caribinier, Chiefs golf tees, and a bottle cap good for a free 1 liter bottle of soda
