Inserida no projecto "Rede de Praias Fluviais do Pinhal Interior" organizado pela ADXTUR- Agência para o Desenvolvimento Turístico das Aldeias do Xisto, é um local que permite momentos de lazer e relaxe no seio de um mundo ainda rural.

Inside the "Rede de Praias Fluviais do Pinhal Interior" (Interior River Beaches Network) project, managed by ADXTUR (schist villages tourism developpment agency), this is a place where you can enjoy the leisure and relax among a natural and rural world.

Na base da Serra de Alvéolos, bem no interior de Portugal, onde serpenteia a Ribeira da Isna (afluente do Rio Zêzere), a Praia Fluvial do Malhadal, tem para lhe oferecer um óptimo local de descanso e de contacto com a natureza.
Caracteriza-se por uma enorme extensão de água (cerca de 1 Km), cercada de abundante vegetação e de relevo acidentado.
Há bastantes recantos para quem busque privacidade. Tem disponível além de uma piscina fluvial na ribeira de Isna, um bar com esplanada, casas de banho, churrasqueira, parques de merendas e muita natureza.

At the base of Serra dos Alvéolos, deep inside Portugal where the Isna stream circumvents, the Malhadal river beach has to offer you an excelent resting place with lots of contact with nature.
It is characterized by a huge stretch of water (about 1 km), surrounded by abundant vegetation and rugged topography.
There are many places for those who seek privacy. Also has a pool available in the river stream of Isna, a bar with terrace, bathroom, barbecue, picnic parks and lots of nature.

- Seguir na IC8, sair na saída de Proença-a-Nova e seguir até ao centro da vila. Aí apanhar a EM 1330, passar por Sarzedinha, seguir em frente até Malhadal e seguir até à praia.

Road access:

Just 7km from Proença-a-Nova.
- In IC8, exit to Proença-a-Nova and follow to the city centre. There, follow the EM 1330, passing Sarzedinha, heading towards Malhadal and to the beach.
