"Scott"y doesn't know (where this cache is) Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Electric Mouse: Hi! I am a volunteer reviewer for geocaching.com. It appears that a mistake was made when listing this cache. I show that it is in a South Dakota Game Production Area. In early 2008, the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks Department banned geocaches in their Game Production Areas. Because of that I cannot list caches in those areas. Caches are still allowed in recreation areas. They are also allowed in State Parks but a permit must be obtained for caches in the State Parks.

Because this cache cannot be listed in its current location I am archiving the page. I apologize for the error in listing it and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Geocache Description:

A little jaunt to old Scott lake to hang with the egrets and the frogs.

Head on out to Scott lake and take a little walk through the lakeside forest! Bring bug spray, and if no 4-wheelers have been through there in a while, long pants. I wouldn't call this one "kid friendly" but kids could do it, just be careful, the trees are quite pointy.
