A nice easy cache and dash.
This is indeed a hidden gem near to Perry Barr and one of five caches I have placed so far to encourage visitors to this lovely park.
The walk to the cache is along a hard surface pathway not far from the car park and takes you to the lovely Welcome Garden which has been made by the gardeners and rangers to enhance an already beautiful park. Please take time to look at their work. There will be in time, a butterfly trail, woodland meadow, pond dipping and all sorts of adventures for children to enjoy. We were given a VIP tour around the gardens and met Norman, the volunteer gardener who has worked so hard. As the gardens mature it is going to be a lovely place to sit and reflect.
The cache is a magnetic nano, sorry but that's all that would fit in here. Please replace it as you found it.
There is car parking near to the cache but be aware that the gates are closed at dusk each evening.
