OK my poor judgement in the difficulty rating and a few DNF's and maybe a few screaming cachers who lost a lot of time looking. I have raised the difficulty to a 4.

Please respect the surrounding area as to not disturb any of the plants...This cache is located along the Greenbelt trail.The Capital Area Greenbelt is a twenty mile long trail which connects various parks around Harrisburg, PA. For more information check out www.caga.org. Easy terrain but probably not good for a wheel chair.
The cache is a small bison tube. Log only BYOP. PLEASE PLEASE REPLACE CACHE IN IT'S PROPER HOLDING PLACE AND NOT ON THE GROUND.... Thanks.
