Chickasaw Trace Park
Join us for an informal Middle Tennessee Geocachers’ Club
meeting at Chickasaw Trace Park, Columbia TN. We will have Q&A
session where you can ask questions and we probably will have an
answer, or at least will be able to point you in the proper
direction! There are restrooms and a playground nearby.
There are several caches in the park which you may want to hunt
before or after the Event. If you have a preference for caching
before or after the meeting be sure to mention it in your log. We
can gather a group to hit the trail and you can learn the basics,
hone your skills and learn more about your GPSr. If you would
rather, I have listed coords for the River Access, the Remote
Control (airplanes and vehicles) area and Mountain Bike
parking.
As always, you do not have to be a member of MTGC to come to any
of our meetings. Dues are a nominal fee of $5 per year, and go
toward shelter fees, the Holiday party, etc. We welcome all ages
and abilities!
You will want to bring bug spray if you plan on
caching! Be sure to do a tick check when you get
home!
