wunderbarer Aussicht!

Vorweg, die oben angegebene Koordinate ist nicht von Bedeutung, sie
liegt nur in der Nähe, man kann dort auch parken.
In meinem Spanienurlaub habe ich diesen kleinen Rätsel-Multi
ausgelegt. Viel Spaß beim Finden!
Doch erst einmal müsst Ihr das untenstehende Sudoku (unter Bilder)
lösen.
Die erste Stage findet Ihr an den KOs:
N 38° 48. GDG
E 00° 04. AGB
Angekommen an dieser nehmt Ihr die Hausnummer
XYZ, diese führt euch zum Final!
Final:
N 38° 48. (XYZ + 166)
E 00° 04. (ZYX - 121)
Der Cache ist eine kleine Cremedose mit Logbuch &
Startbefüllung (Playmo-Figur, Stein)
Die Pflege des Caches ist übrigens durch meine Eltern, die gleich
um die Ecke wohnen gesichert"

In my recent holiday I made up this Cache! The coordinate given in
geocaching.com is of no use, but you can park your car there.
First solve the Sudoku you find under Pictures for this Cache!
The first stage you'll find at this coordinates:

E 00° 04. AGB
Arriving here you see the number of the building
XYZ, this will lead you to the final!
Final:
N 38° 48. (XYZ + 166)
E 00° 04. (ZYX - 121)
The maintenance of the cache will be provided by my parents, who
live just round the corner.
