I placed this one to make it worth the hike to get beyond complex 1. (except for those that already have that one this is simply more excersise). there may be muggles all over to the west and you may even park in the parking lot 250 feet to the west or you may park at the complex and reterieve beyond complex 1 and spinning cords on your way to this one. watch the muggles.
ps i got a serious case of chiggers while hiding this one so use the off......
