Geocache Description:

This cache is near two huge cottonwood trees standing watch over the Mississippi River. It is located very near to the paved trail which receives many bicyclists and walkers in all seasons. Please use stealth and rehide the cache the same or better than you find it to maintain its secrecy.

South of this cache sits the modest Riedel Mansion that serves as an event facility for the park. Take time to read the plaque in front of the mansion about the Riedel family and their connection to the area.
