RIF : Puzzle of the Month Club (August) Mystery Cache

Florida is well known for many famous people, places and things. This cache was hidden in honor of the great authors that have called Florida home.

More famous authors have been from Florida (either native born or they moved here) than from any other state. Some, like Harriet Beecher Stowe, Ernest Hemingway and Stephen King were already notorious when they got to Florida. Others, such as Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings and Marjory Stoneman Douglas would likely never have achieved fame if they had not moved to Florida. The books that they wrote once they got here both helped to put Florida on the map and to make them household names.
