This is my first cache that i have placed, so I put it near my hunting camp. Be carful not to disturb any hunters during the season, in fact orange might be a good color in November. The trails to access this close mid December and can only be found with a snowmobile. I grew up in these woods and there are old railroad beds in the area, which hold plenty of old spikes if you have a metal detector. My dad used to tell me of an old Train Robbery that happened in the 1800's and that the payroll was buried somewhere in these hills, but I have never found any proof to the story. If you know any information on this subject send me an e-mail. Waterhole hill is nearby and was a stop for the trains to reload water. Feel free to look around for wild berries as there are quite a few patches in the area, but keep an eye out for the local black bears. Enjoy!
